Walked

Walked out of gym for the last time as a personal trainer on April 28th. Experiencing many emotions, sadness, joy, angst, relief.... There are so many things I will miss about my work routine, yet so many more that I will not....

Sixty years old and I am embarking on the adventure of a lifetime. Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail..... Mexico to Canada , 2650 miles, 5 months....

A journey of known and unknown, affirmation of what is real and release from that which is not.... Not searching for , but enjoying all there is....

  2. Gilbert, you are an inspiration! You are a role model for the rest of us "old guys". I am looking forward to reading about, and seeing, your adventures along the PCT. Surely, we will meet up along the way, perhaps along section 36. Ciao!

  9. Gilbert:

Godspeed to you. You are an inspiration and a source of motivation for us over 50. I'd love to see your pictures in more detail but they show just larger than a thumbnail. In your next zero day, would you see that they can be seen larger?

Thanks in advance and great hiking to you.
